Just got my vehicle back today, and Bob and his crew did an amazing job! I initially went here not really knowing how the damage from my accident was going to be fixed, but Bob walked me through everything, explained the insurance claim process, and probably saved me a lot of money. Definitely recommend them, and I’ll be getting all my body and paint work done here from now on.

My car was broken into. They smashed the window and broke the steering column. I took it to Brown Street Autocraft and thwh fixed it up fast and did a wonderful job!!! Will recommend them to anyone that needs work done!! Very friendly. Great customer service!

Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with anything automotive-related. The team was accommodating, prompt, and friendly. They even took the time to fix a couple of minor annoyances in the interior that weren’t related to the damage from the accident, they swept the interior, and offered to replace the handle on my trunk (not related to the accident) and only charged me for the part. The taillight the insurance company paid for was fogging so they ordered a new one and are going to switch it out for me in a few days. Truly a group of kind people providing a good service. We will definitely be back if the need arises (hopefully not too soon!)
